R Program

This graph provides a way to view quickly the values of a lab test over the entire course of a study. By displaying individual curves it is possible to evaluate time course for each subject. Because overploting may limit the usefulness of this display, if there are a large number of subjects, curves are clustered into three groups using the Hmisc curveRep function, which uses the R clara clustering and partitioning function. Larger or more complex datasets would benefit from using more of curveRep's capabilities. The first column contains the treatment group, the second contains the date of the lab measurement, the third contains lab value, and the fourth contains subject IDs.
