I call this the "Napoleon's March" graph after the graphic produced by Minard. Knowing who dropped out of study, when they dropped out, why they dropped out, and what they were being treated with during the course of a study are good to know. This graph requires two data sets. The first contains the subject ID, day of the event , the event value, the study arm, the type of event, and the event name. The second data set contains the study epoch, study visit, and the start and end of the visit window.
